We have the most advanced technological means to practice high-quality medicine, but with caution in the face of constant innovations.

Technological advances are safely incorporated at Clínica ServiDigest, selecting and applying their practice in cases where a real improvement is demonstrated.

Techniques that truly provide a diagnostic and therapeutic advancement and have proven and demonstrated genuine efficacy in patients should be selected.

We have cutting-edge techniques such as Ecoendoscopy (USI), a mixed procedure of endoscopy and ultrasound, which allows us to evaluate lesions located in the wall of the Esophagus, Stomach, Intestinal Tract, and in neighboring areas such as the Bile ducts and Pancreas, obtain samples with FNA of the detected lesions for further analysis, perform endoscopic therapeutics or minimally invasive surgeries, and apply selective therapies.

In the Hepatology Service, in addition to Ultrasound equipment, we have FibroScan & CAP, a technology with which we can study liver fibrosis by evaluating liver elasticity and hepatic steatosis.

We have two rooms for performing Digestive Functional Tests with the most advanced High-Resolution technology and Conventional Perfusion technology.

In the Digestive Endoscopy Service, we have Videoendoscopy equipment that incorporates the latest generation Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) technology, which allows for Chromoendoscopy studies to visualize and detect changes in the mucosa that the human eye sometimes does not perceive, leading to earlier diagnosis and treatment in the prevention of colon, esophageal, and gastric cancer.

For the treatment of Barrett’s Esophagus, in addition to diagnostic endoscopic and digestive functional studies, we have the most advanced and recommended ablation therapy today, given its efficacy and safety, which is Radiofrequency Ablation.

ESG – 300 Electrosurgical Generator

The ESG-300 generator design is intuitive and includes features such as a simple user interface, the option to select the screen language, and a wireless pedal, greatly facilitating the handling of the ESG-300 generator.

Other new tools (such as SmartArgon mode or Intelligent Argon), a new argon plasma unit (APU-300) as a tool for the ESG-300 generator, makes surgical interventions uniform, safe, and simple, and facilitates hemostasis of large areas by intuitively limiting the depth of plasma beam penetration, all in favor of the best patient care.

The Argon Plasma Unit (APU-300) can be used in combination with the ESG-300 to provide hemostasis, treating lesions such as angiodysplasias, GAVE/radiation proctitis, tumor reduction, Barrett’s esophagus, or diffuse bleeding of the digestive tract.

In Intelligent Argon mode, the coagulation margin is independent of the distance between the probe and the tissue, providing consistent support and safe hemostasis with reduced carbonization. Besides limiting deep plasma penetration, Intelligent Argon is a perfect option for fragile tissues, resulting in a lower complication rate in endoscopic procedures and greater patient safety.

New VIO® 3 modes

-PreciseSECT: Preparation with reduced smoke formation. Thanks to dynamic modulation frequency adaptation, this new mode is also perfect for preparing structures. PreciseSECT offers quick and effective coagulation with limited tissue section properties, with reduced smoke formation and carbonization.

-ThermoSEAL® With the new AUTO START ThermoSEAL® function, it is almost twice as fast as BiClamp® 5 mode. Additionally, the mode constantly measures tissue parameters while preserving lateral tissue. This way, ThermoSEAL® is ideal for sealing tissue bundles and vessels, as well as effectively coagulating hemorrhages.

-HighCUT bipolar. This new mode is optimized for bipolar resection in saline solution. This brief power spike (PPS) enables a quick initial cut. The stable plasma produces a quick cut.

-SoftCOAG® Now new with QuickStart: With bipolar or monopolar SoftCOAG®, a brief energy pulse accelerates coagulation in case of tissue contact.
