The ServiDigest Private Foundation is a non-profit organization, founded on December 16, 2003, and registered in the Registry of Foundations of the Generalitat de Catalunya with number 1939, and classified as a Benevolent Foundation of an assistance type, with scientific and cultural purposes.
The representation, governance, and administration of the Foundation are the responsibility of its Board of Trustees, chaired by Dr. Josep Merlo Mas.
The main objective of the ServiDigest Private Foundation is the well-being of people through Health, Quality of Life, and Culture to help and improve the living conditions of individuals and societies as a whole.
One of the main objectives of the ServiDigest Foundation is the permanent professional and scientific updating of the medical and healthcare team, by participating in and attending the most relevant national and international congresses and courses of the different specialties.

The foundational purposes of the entity have as their main objective the research, development, application, practice, and dissemination of techniques, activities, and studies that allow the improvement, prevention, treatment, and promotion of health.
Within this broad objective, it has a more immediate specific purpose, which is to promote and exercise prevention, assistance, and dissemination in the field of health, by developing activities that facilitate the work of professionals.
The beneficiaries of ServiDigest’s Teaching and Scientific Training Activities include, among others, Healthcare Professionals, Medical Students, Nursing Diploma Students, Human Nutrition and Dietetics Students, other professionals or university students from other Specialties who need to know, expand and/or complete their healthcare knowledge, and Users of Healthcare Services.
We maintain Collaboration Agreements with the Blanquerna Foundation-Blanquerna School of Health Sciences of Ramon Llull University of Barcelona and with the University School of Health Sciences of the University of Vic.
Initiation of a Collaboration Agreement with the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences of Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, for undergraduate students of Health and Life Sciences and postgraduate studies.
Clínica ServiDigest-ServiDigest Foundation establishes agreements with university departments for Training and Research.
The information, resources, and professional knowledge of ServiDigest’s physicians are effective elements for transmitting training to undergraduate and postgraduate students of Health and Life Sciences.
Through the ServiDigest Private Foundation, we promote the Health of our patients through the prevention and practice of healthy habits.
