Comen\u00e7ar la nova temporada es converteix en un esfor\u00e7 tit\u00e0nic despr\u00e9s d\u2019un per\u00edode de vacances llarg amb tots els excessos de l\u2019estiu.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s ens enfrontem al fred, a la pluja i a la baixada de temperatures, i som m\u00e9s propensos a desenvolupar f\u00e0cilment alguna malaltia pr\u00f2pia d\u2019aquesta \u00e8poca i al cansament.<\/p>\n<p>El control dels nostres h\u00e0bits alimentaris ens ajudar\u00e0 a mantenir un bon estat de salut i a prevenir aquelles afectacions que ens impedeixin la nostra activitat quotidiana.<\/p>\n<p>Per aconseguir un extra d&#8217;energia, \u00e9s imprescindible la selecci\u00f3n dels aliments que ingerim i quan ho fem.<\/p>\n<p>Una bona mesura per conquerir el nostre objectiu, \u00e9s planificar setmanalment les dietes, que hauran de ser equilibrades en hidrats de carboni, prote\u00efnes i en aliments frescos i estacionals (pomes, peres, ra\u00efm, figues, carabasses, alberg\u00ednies\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s aconsellable comer\u00e7ar el dia amb una bona quantitat de fruita, amb torrades i oli, amb llet amb cereals\u2026que contenen l\u2019energia suficient perqu\u00e8 el cos pugui comen\u00e7ar a funcionar.<br \/>\nTamb\u00e9 hem d\u2019incloure les prote\u00efnes en tots els \u00e0pats, b\u00e9 d\u2019origen animal (carns magres, ous\u2026) o vegetal, en forma de llegum.<\/p>\n<p>Els greixos s\u00f3n necess\u00e0ris, per\u00f2 el seu consum ha de ser moderat i sempre tenint en compte que nom\u00e9s afegirem a la nostra dieta aquelles pertanyents a la fam\u00edlia de les insaturades como olis d\u2019oliva i girasol, peix blau, fruits secs\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Els cereals i l\u2019arr\u00f2s integral es poden incorporar al sopar.
