Aquesta recomanaci\u00f3 s&#8217;est\u00e9n tamb\u00e9 als pacients que pateixen diabetis, hipertensi\u00f3 arterial, problemes de cor o cerebrovasculars.<\/p>\n<h3>Com evitar l&#8217;augment de pes durant el confinament per Coronavirus?<\/h3>\n<p>A causa de l\u2019estr\u00e8s psicol\u00f2gic i a la falta d&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic, \u00e9s m\u00e9s important que mai mantenir uns h\u00e0bits saludables. Davant d&#8217;aquesta situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s important estructurar un pla d&#8217;horaris de menjars (amb men\u00fas saludables) i de pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic (com a m\u00ednim una hora), dins de les possibilitats que ens permet el tancament dom\u00e8stic. Aix\u00ed evitarem que aquests dies es tradueixin en un problema de salut.<\/p>\n<h3>Organitzar men\u00fas saludables<\/h3>\n<p>Per tal d&#8217;evitar l&#8217;augment de pes \u00e9s important organitzar men\u00fas saludables, on sempre hi hagi fruita i verdura, i evitar en la mesura possible aliments processats, dol\u00e7os, pastisseria industrial, etc. Els plats han de ser variats i en racions petites, ja que la despesa cal\u00f2rica no ser\u00e0 excessiva durant el confinament.<\/p>\n<p>Ara que disposem de m\u00e9s temps, hem d&#8217;evitar la improvisaci\u00f3 i planificar i cuinar amb tranquil\u00b7litat. A m\u00e9s de nutricionalment saludable, \u00e9s un bon exercici de distracci\u00f3. D&#8217;altra banda, aquesta situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un bon moment per implicar tots els membres de la casa, la cuina es converteix en un espai d&#8217;aprenentatge per als m\u00e9s petits i de <em>divertimento <\/em>per a tothom.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Els cereals integrals s\u00f3n ideals per esmorzar.<\/strong> La millor opci\u00f3 s\u00f3n els flocs de civada, ja que s\u00f3n un dels pocs cereals que es troben al mercat als quals no se&#8217;ls ha afegit absolutament res. N&#8217;hi ha de diferents textures perqu\u00e8 es pugui adaptar a diferents esmorzars: esmorzars calents tipus Porridge o un esmorzar fred al qual simplement es deixen estovar els flocs amb llet, iogurt o compota i s&#8217;afegeix canyella en pols o unes panses. Els flocs de civada tenen una textura i sabor molt peculiar i a mesura que es va agafant el costum de prendre&#8217;ls, cada vegada agraden m\u00e9s. La civada tamb\u00e9 cont\u00e9 un tipus de fibra i fitosterols que ajuden a baixar els nivells de colesterol, pel que s\u00f3n un dels cereals d&#8217;esmorzar m\u00e9s recomanables. El consum de <strong>productes lactis<\/strong> es recomana en la seva opci\u00f3 desnatada o semidesnatada sense sucres afegits.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;han de consumir almenys <strong>2 racions de verdures i hortalisses cada dia<\/strong>, poden ser fresques o utilitzar l&#8217;opci\u00f3 de congelat per evitar sortir al carrer.<\/li>\n<li>Tampoc hem d&#8217;oblidar el <strong>consum de llegums<\/strong> at\u00e8s que disposen d&#8217;un temps d&#8217;emmagatzematge llarg i tenen una bona aportaci\u00f3 nutricional, podent ingerir almenys tres vegades per setmana com a plat principal o acompanyament.<\/li>\n<li>Envers la <strong>pasta integral<\/strong>: arr\u00f2s, espaguetis, macarrons, etc&#8230; s\u00f3n un molt bon aliat per preparar plats saludables i deliciosos. S\u00f3n una de les fonts principals d&#8217;energia per al cos, i sense carbohidrats l&#8217;organisme intenta aconseguir energia a partir de les prote\u00efnes, i fins i tot dels m\u00fasculs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Carn i peix.<\/strong> El consum de carn vermella s&#8217;ha de limitar a un cop per setmana com a m\u00e0xim, de manera que el peix i les carns blanques s\u00f3n les millors opcions. Seguint amb les normes de confinament, el peix congelat \u00e9s una alternativa sana i c\u00f2moda per tenir sempre a casa quelcom saludable; \u00e9s millor escollir els productes m\u00e9s simples, sense salses, greixos afegits i condiments diversos. I recordeu que \u00e9s important utilitzar m\u00e8todes de cocci\u00f3 saludables com planxa, vapor, bullit, forn, amb oli d&#8217;oliva extra verge com a greix principal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La fruita segueix sent les postres recomanades<\/strong>. Hi ha fruita de temporada que aguanta per\u00edodes d&#8217;emmagatzematge relativament llargs com la taronja, les mandarines, les pomes o les peres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aix\u00ed com l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3, <strong>la hidrataci\u00f3 \u00e9s un altre element fonamental<\/strong> per a un idoni funcionament de l&#8217;organisme: \u00e9s recomanable un consum diari de 1,5-2 litres d&#8217;aigua al dia. Es pot prendre afegint llimona per assaborir-la o en forma d&#8217;infusions no ensucrades. No oblideu tenir <strong>l&#8217;aigua com a beguda priorit\u00e0ria<\/strong> i evitar el consum de refrescos, begudes ensucrades i alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>I per a aquell moment en qu\u00e8 estigueu veient una pel\u00b7l\u00edcula o la vostra s\u00e8rie preferida i no pugueu evitar &#8220;picar alguna cosa&#8221;, podeu escollir xips de verdures al forn; palets de verdures: pastanaga, cogombre, api; suc de tom\u00e0quet (una opci\u00f3 rica en fibra, saciant i sense greixos ni sucres); un grapat d&#8217;ametlles, nous, avellanes o pistatxos en petita quantitat; etc. Hi ha moltes alternatives saludables!<\/p>\n<h3>Evitar el sedentarisme<\/h3>\n<p>La rutina d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica ha de realitzar-se de manera estructurada, adaptant els exercicis a les possibilitats que ens permetin el confinament dom\u00e8stic.<\/p>\n<p>Estigueu actius almenys 1 hora d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica cada dia, aix\u00f2 ajudar\u00e0 a evitar l&#8217;augment de pes. No hi ha excusa, ni tan sols la limitaci\u00f3 d&#8217;espai, on aparentment hi ha poques opcions de moviment. Hi ha molts exercicis que poden fer-se sense necessitat de disposar de cap equipament espec\u00edfic. L&#8217;\u00fanic necessari s\u00f3n la voluntat i les ganes de moure&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>En molts dels canals i plataformes digitals es poden visualitzar v\u00eddeos explicatius que ajuden a fer exercicis de for\u00e7a amb peses o fent servir el mateix pes corporal, ballar, o, si es disposa, utilitzar la bicicleta est\u00e0tica, la cinta de
