A vegades la falta de previsi\u00f3 fa que cuinem grans quantitats i que acabi sobrant menjar. Ara tenim temps per organitzar men\u00fas <strong>racionals i saludables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Quin granet de sorra podem posar nosaltres per lluitar contra el malbaratament? Aqu\u00ed et presentem dues receptes de cuina d&#8217;aprofitament.<\/p>\n<h3>Remenat de verdures amb ous<\/h3>\n<p>Si has cuit verdura i te n&#8217;ha sobrat, salteja-la, afegeix un ou i aconseguir\u00e0s un remenat de verdures. Tindr\u00e0s un \u00e0pat preparat en menys de 10 minuts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients (per 1 raci\u00f3):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ceba (30\u202fg)<\/li>\n<li>Pebrot vermell (40\u202fg)<\/li>\n<li>Xampinyons (40\u202fg)<\/li>\n<li>Un ou (60\u202fg)<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra (10\u202fg)<\/li>\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Netejar b\u00e9 les verdures i tallar-les. Posar a escalfar una paella amb l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i aigua perqu\u00e8 es<\/p>\n<p>faci millor. Afegir les verdures i remenar. Quan s&#8217;hagin fet les verdures, afegir l&#8217;ou i remenar fins que l&#8217;ou estigui fet. Per \u00faltim, afegir julivert i una mica de sal per donar-li un toc de sabor final. Ja estar\u00e0 llest per servir.<\/p>\n<h3>Bra\u00e7 de patata i carn<\/h3>\n<p>Si has fet carn i t&#8217;ha sobrat, la pots picar. Afegint una patata gran, pots aconseguir un altre plat de reaprofitament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients (per 1 raci\u00f3):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Patata (200\u202fg)<\/li>\n<li>Carn picada (85\u202fg)<\/li>\n<li>Ceba (40\u202fg)<\/li>\n<li>1 cullerada de tom\u00e0quet triturat natural<\/li>\n<li>Oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra (10\u202fg)<\/li>\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peleu les patates, tallar-les en 4 trossos i netejar-les amb aigua. A continuaci\u00f3, posar-les a bullir en una olla. Mentrestant, en una paella afegir l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i la ceba pr\u00e8viament netejada i picada. Despr\u00e9s, incorporar la cullerada de tom\u00e0quet triturat natural i finalment la carn picada.<\/p>\n<p>Cuinar a foc lent fins que quedi totalment feta la carn. Un cop les patates estan bullides, treure-les, esc\u00f3rrer-les i aixafeu-fins que quedi textura de pur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre un tall de paper de film, fer una base amb el pur\u00e9 de patata. A continuaci\u00f3, posar la carn picada amb la ceba i el tom\u00e0quet al mig de la base de patata i amb l&#8217;ajuda del paper film, enrotllar tot perqu\u00e8 quedi en forma de bra\u00e7.
