A continuaci\u00f3 parlarem de com mesurar la composici\u00f3 corporal i dels beneficis que s&#8217;obt\u00e9 en con\u00e8ixer-la.<\/p>\n<h2>Com es mesura la composici\u00f3 corporal?<\/h2>\n<p>Hi ha m\u00faltiples m\u00e8todes per fer l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de la composici\u00f3 corporal que difereixen quant a la seva tecnologia i cost. A continuaci\u00f3, donarem una breu explicaci\u00f3 dels diferents m\u00e8todes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Plic\u00f3metres<\/strong>: Instruments amb forma de pin\u00e7a que mesuren els plecs cutanis per avaluar el greix subcutani. \u00c9s el m\u00e8tode m\u00e9s senzill i econ\u00f2mic per\u00f2 presenta gran marge d&#8217;error.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Densitometria hidrost\u00e0tica<\/strong>,<strong> Densitometria \u00f2ssia (DEXA) <\/strong>i<strong> Pletismografia per despla\u00e7ament d&#8217;aire (Bod-Pod)<\/strong>. S\u00f3n m\u00e8todes m\u00e9s complexos i amb alt cost, de manera que nom\u00e9s s&#8217;utilitzen en estudis d&#8217;investigaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Imped\u00e0ncia bioel\u00e8ctrica (BIA)<\/strong>: Es basen en la resist\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un mitj\u00e0 biol\u00f2gic al pas d&#8217;un corrent el\u00e8ctric. No obstant aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 es pot presentar el cas contrari, en el qual es pot tenir un IMC normal per\u00f2 un percentatge de massa grassa en valors de sobrep\u00e8s o obesitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preguntes freq\u00fcents i dubtes sobre la imped\u00e0ncia bioel\u00e8ctrica<\/h2>\n<h3>En quins subjectes es pot avaluar la composici\u00f3 corporal amb la bioimepedancia?<\/h3>\n<p>Per a una major precisi\u00f3 dels resultats, es recomana en els pacients amb les seg\u00fcents caracter\u00edstiques:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Subjectes sans sense alteracions de fluids o electr\u00f2lits.<\/li>\n<li>No alteracions en la forma corporal.<\/li>\n<li>Pacient amb un IMC entre 16-34 kg \/ m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cal una preparaci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via. Les seg\u00fcents recomanacions ajuden a obtenir un resultat m\u00e9s fiable.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>No prendre l\u00edquids, aliments o cafe\u00efna 4 hores abans de la prova.<\/li>\n<li>No realitzar cap exercici f\u00edsic 4 hores abans de la prova.<\/li>\n<li>No consumir alcohol 24 hores abans de la prova.<\/li>\n<li>Bufeta buida.<\/li>\n<li>No realitzar la prova immediatament despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver-se aixecat. S&#8217;aconsella deixar passar 2 hores perqu\u00e8 els l\u00edquids es reparteixin normalment.<\/li>\n<li>No prendre di\u00fcr\u00e8tics 7 dies abans de la prova.<\/li>\n<li>Realitzar preferentment l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi fora del cicle menstrual i del per\u00edode immediatament anterior o posterior.<\/li>\n<li>Retirar els objectes met\u00e0l\u00b7lics: joies, rellotge, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Quant de temps es necessita per fer la prova?<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c9s un mesurament que es realitza en el moment de la consulta. En general \u00e9s un <strong>m\u00e8tode senzill, no invasiu ni dolor\u00f3s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Hi ha alguna contraindicaci\u00f3?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dones embarassades<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Portadors d&#8217;implants electr\u00f2nics (<strong>marcapassos<\/strong>) i <strong>pr\u00f2tesis met\u00e0l\u00b7liques<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Quin \u00e9s el valor normal de greix corporal?<\/h3>\n<p>Com s&#8217;ha descrit anteriorment, el percentatge de greix corporal pot variar en funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;edat, sexe, pla d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 i exercici f\u00edsic. \u00c9s important tenir en compte que un <strong>exc\u00e9s de greix corpora<\/strong>l es relaciona amb l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de malalties com: <strong><a href=\"\/?p=14988\">Diabetis Mellitus<\/a><\/strong>, <a href=\"\/?p=18077\"><strong>Hipertensi\u00f3<\/strong><\/a>, <strong><a href=\"\/?p=23229\">Dislipid\u00e8mies<\/a><\/strong> i <strong>malalties pulmonars<\/strong>.
