{"id":18077,"date":"2021-09-29T08:00:16","date_gmt":"2021-09-29T06:00:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.93-93-113-41.plesk.page\/?p=18077\/"},"modified":"2024-04-02T08:57:15","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T06:57:15","slug":"malalties-cardiovasculars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.93-93-113-41.plesk.page\/ca\/malalties-cardiovasculars\/","title":{"rendered":"Malalties Cardiovasculars"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Dia Mundial del Cor es celebra cada any el 29 de setembre i la Fundaci\u00f3 Espanyola del Cor ha planificat activitats de conscienciaci\u00f3 i educaci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria que es duran a terme durant tot el mes de setembre.\u00a0Per tal motiu, a Cl\u00ednica ServiDigest hem volgut fer una actualitzaci\u00f3 sobre malalties cardiovasculars i estils de vida saludables.<\/p>\n<p>Les malalties cardiovasculars es classifiquen en:<br \/>\n\u2022 Coron\u00e0ries.<br \/>\n\u2022 Cerebrovasculares.<br \/>\n\u2022 Arterials perif\u00e8riques.<\/p>\n<p>La majoria de les malalties cardiovasculars s\u00f3n originades per l&#8217;estenosi (obstrucci\u00f3) parcial o total de les art\u00e8ries per aterosclerosi, \u00e9s a dir, per plaques o dip\u00f2sits de greix que a l&#8217;engrandir-se massa o trencar-se (co\u00e0guls) disminueixen o bloquegen el reg sanguini i produeixen necrosi (mort cel\u00b7lular) dels \u00f2rgans (cor, cervell, extremitats, ronyons, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Els factors de risc cardiovascular s\u00f3n:<br \/>\n\u2022 <a href=\"\/?p=16530\">Tabaquisme\u00a0<\/a><br \/>\n\u2022 Hipertensi\u00f3 arterial<br \/>\n\u2022 <a href=\"\/ca?page_id=13492\">Dislip\u00e8mia<\/a><br \/>\n\u2022 <a href=\"\/?p=14988\">Diabetis mellitus\u00a0<\/a><br \/>\n\u2022 <a href=\"\/?page_id=13236\">Obesitat\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hi ha altres factors que influeixen sobre aquest risc com ara l&#8217;edat, el sexe, els antecedents familiars, el sedentarisme i l&#8217;h\u00e0bit en\u00f2lic entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n<p>El risc cardiovascular \u00e9s la probabilitat de patir una malaltia cardiovascular en el futur i es pot estimar amb escales com SCORE (Systematic Coronary Risk Evaluation) i REGICOR (Registre Giron\u00ed del Cor).<\/p>\n<p>Les dislip\u00e8mies (dislipidemias o hiperlip\u00e8mies) s\u00f3n anomalies lip\u00eddiques degudes a causes gen\u00e8tiques (prim\u00e0ries), factors ambientals, malalties o f\u00e0rmacs (secund\u00e0ries) que s&#8217;identifiquen quan a l&#8217;anal\u00edtica en dej\u00fa detectem nivells de colesterol total&gt; 200 mg \/ dl o triglic\u00e8rids&gt; 200 mg \/ dl. Hi ha diversos tipus de colesterol, el cLDL (low density lipoproteins), tamb\u00e9 anomenat &#8220;colesterol dolent&#8221; que hauria d&#8217;estar sempre &lt;160 mg \/ dl i el cHDL (high density lipoproteins), tamb\u00e9 anomenat &#8220;colesterol bo&#8221; que hauria d&#8217;estar&gt; 40 mg \/ dl. Els pacients amb factors de risc cardiovascular han de tenir objectius de perfil lip\u00eddic m\u00e9s estrictes.<\/p>\n<p>Segons dades de l&#8217;estudi ENRICA (Estudi de Nutrici\u00f3 i Risc Cardiovascular a Espanya), 23 milions de persones (50,5% de la poblaci\u00f3 adulta) pateixen d&#8217;hipercolesterol\u00e8mia, la qual podria ser la causa del 22% dels esdeveniments coronaris i 40% dels ictus.<\/p>\n<p>Segons l&#8217;estudi PREDIMED (Prevenci\u00f3 amb Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia), una intervenci\u00f3 amb una dieta mediterr\u00e0nia tradicional suplementada amb oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i fruita seca (nous, ametlles i avellanes) redueix en un 30% la incid\u00e8ncia de complicacions cardiovasculars majors, disminuint la possibilitat de patir infart de miocardi i accident vascular cerebral. L&#8217;estudi PREDIMED-PLUS t\u00e9 com a objectiu determinar l&#8217;efecte de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia hipocal\u00f2rica, activitat f\u00edsica i ter\u00e0pia conductual sobre la morbimortalitat cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<p>Com reduir el colesterol total i el cLDL?<br \/>\n\u2022 Disminuir el consum de:<br \/>\n\u25e6 \u00c0cids grassos saturats: carns grasses i derivats, productes lactis (llet sencera, nata, formatges curats, mantega) i greixos d&#8217;origen vegetal (coco, palma i cacau) utilitzades en productes processats i pastisseria.<br \/>\n\u25e6 \u00c0cids grassos trans: es troben en aliments industrialitzats, sotmesos a hidrogenaci\u00f3 (galetes, brioixeria, pastisseria industrial, patates xips, margarines) i olis mantinguts a altes temperatures durant un llarg per\u00edode de temps.<br \/>\n\u2022 Augmentar el consum de:<br \/>\n\u25e6 Fibra: fruites, verdures, civada, ordi, llegums, cereals integrals.<br \/>\n\u25e6 Aliments enriquits en fitosterols.<br \/>\n\u2022 Perdre pes.<\/p>\n<p>Com reduir els triglic\u00e8rids?<br \/>\n\u2022 Perdre pes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Reduir el consum de<br \/>\n\u25e6 Alcohol.<br \/>\n\u25e6 Sucres: sucre, mel, melmelades, pastisseria, postres dol\u00e7os, begudes ensucrades o carbonatades.<br \/>\n\u2022 Augmentar l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Com incrementar el cHDL?<br \/>\n\u2022 Reduir el consum de:<br \/>\n\u25e6 \u00c0cids grassos trans.<br \/>\n\u25e6 Sucres.<br \/>\n\u25e6 Alcohol.<br \/>\n\u2022 Incrementar el consum de:<br \/>\n\u25e6 \u00c0cids grassos Monoinsaturats: oli d&#8217;oliva i de gira-sol, fruits secs i alvocat.<br \/>\n\u25e6 \u00c0cids grassos Poliinsaturats:<br \/>\n&#x25aa; Omega 3: peix blau, marisc, olis de peix, algues marines, nous, llavors de carbassa, soja i lli.<br \/>\n&#x25aa; Omega 6: olis de llavors (gira-sol, blat de moro, soja, s\u00e8sam) i fruits secs.<br \/>\n&#x25aa; Augmentar l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica.<br \/>\n\u2022 Perdre pes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Deixar de fumar.<\/p>\n<p>A la consulta d&#8217;Endocrinologia i Nutrici\u00f3 de Cl\u00ednica ServiDigest li prendrem la pressi\u00f3 arterial, li mesurarem la cintura i l&#8217;\u00edndex de massa corporal, demanarem una anal\u00edtica per determinar els seus nivells de glucosa, colesterol i triglic\u00e8rids i establirem objectius individualitzats segons la seva hist\u00f2ria cl\u00ednica.<\/p>\n<p>Recordeu que molts dels factors de risc s\u00f3n modificables, amb una dieta mediterr\u00e0nia equilibrada, activitat f\u00edsica i en alguns casos ter\u00e0pies farmacol\u00f2giques, podem prevenir les malalties cardiovasculars.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>A ServiDigest fomentem la prevenci\u00f3 de les malalties cardiovasculars amb estils de vida saludables. <a class=\"mh-excerpt-more\" href=\"https:\/\/dev.93-93-113-41.plesk.page\/ca\/malalties-cardiovasculars\/\" title=\"Malalties Cardiovasculars\">[&#8230;]<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":30149,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[828],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-18077","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-articles-medics"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.6 -
