{"id":15253,"date":"2023-01-30T08:00:58","date_gmt":"2023-01-30T07:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.93-93-113-41.plesk.page\/ca\/?p=15253"},"modified":"2024-04-02T08:55:10","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T06:55:10","slug":"fer-exercici","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.93-93-113-41.plesk.page\/ca\/fer-exercici\/","title":{"rendered":"Fer exercici aporta beneficis per a la salut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Est\u00e0 demostrat que fer exercici aporta beneficis per a la salut, ja que prev\u00e9 l&#8217;increment de pes, millora la funci\u00f3 cognitiva, l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i el funcionament dels sistemes cardiovascular, respiratori, metab\u00f2lic i m\u00fascul-esquel\u00e8tic, disminuint el risc de malalties \u00a0com ara cardiopatia isqu\u00e8mica, ictus, diabetis mellitus tipus 2, hipertensi\u00f3 arterial, dislip\u00e8mia, s\u00edndrome metab\u00f2lica, c\u00e0ncer de c\u00f2lon, c\u00e0ncer de mama, ansietat i depressi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, existeix moderada evid\u00e8ncia que tamb\u00e9 augmenta la densitat mineral \u00f2ssia, disminueix el risc de fractura de maluc i millora la qualitat del son.<\/p>\n<p>La inactivitat f\u00edsica \u00e9s un problema de salut p\u00fablica d&#8217;etiologia multifactorial, degut principalment a l&#8217;estil de vida sedentari actual, que s&#8217;associa amb un increment en la mortalitat.<\/p>\n<p>Un recent estudi de la SEEDO (Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Obesidad) indica que fins a un 42,6% de la poblaci\u00f3 espanyola \u00e9s totalment sedent\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>Per aconseguir el normop\u00e8s hem d&#8217;assolir l&#8217;equilibri energ\u00e8tic, \u00e9s a dir, no n&#8217;hi ha prou amb fer una dieta saludable, l&#8217;ideal \u00e9s fer exercici realitzant moviments amb la finalitat de mantenir o millorar la forma f\u00edsica i la salut en general.<\/p>\n<p>Inicialment l&#8217;exercici ha de ser moderat i augmentar la seva intensitat progressivament fins a aconseguir els objectius pautats. L&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica m\u00e9s recomanable \u00e9s la aer\u00f2bica o de resist\u00e8ncia que consisteix a caminar, c\u00f3rrer, anar en bicicleta, saltar a la corda o nedar. Malgrat\u00a0aix\u00f2, hem de recordar que la despesa cal\u00f2rica dep\u00e8n de l&#8217;edat, sexe i la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica del pacient.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS) recomana els seg\u00fcents nivells d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica segons grups d&#8217;edat:<\/p>\n<p>Adults de 18 a 64 anys:<br \/>\n\u2022 150-300 minuts setmanals d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica aer\u00f2bica moderada o<br \/>\n\u2022 75-150 minuts setmanals d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica aer\u00f2bica vigorosa o intensa.<br \/>\n\u2022 L&#8217;activitat aer\u00f2bica s&#8217;ha de practicar com a m\u00ednim en 10 minuts per sessi\u00f3.<br \/>\n\u2022 Activitats d&#8217;enfortiment de grans grups musculars com a m\u00ednim 2 cops per setmana.<\/p>\n<p>Majors de 65 anys:<br \/>\n\u2022 Mantenir-se f\u00edsicament actius en la mesura del possible segons cada cas.<br \/>\n\u2022 150 minuts setmanals d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica aer\u00f2bica moderada o<br \/>\n\u2022 75 minuts setmanals d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica aer\u00f2bica vigorosa o intensa.<br \/>\n\u2022 L&#8217;activitat aer\u00f2bica s&#8217;ha de practicar com a m\u00ednim en 10 minuts per sessi\u00f3.<br \/>\n\u2022 Activitats d&#8217;enfortiment de principals grups musculars com a m\u00ednim 2 cops per setmana.<br \/>\n\u2022 En pacients amb mobilitat redu\u00efda l&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s realitzar activitats per a millorar l&#8217;equilibri i prevenir caigudes.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes recomanacions hem de adaptar-les a cada pacient segons la seva capacitat, riscos i limitacions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s important destacar que fer exercici no necess\u00e0riament implica anar al gimn\u00e0s, tamb\u00e9 pot ser realitzat en context d&#8217;activitats recreatives o de lleure, utilitzant la bicicleta com a mitj\u00e0 de transport o realitzant despla\u00e7aments a peu per passejar o anar a la feina.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.heart.org\/HEARTORG\/Conditions\/More\/CardiacRehab\/Frequently-Asked-Questions-About-Physical-Activity_UCM_307388_Article.jsp#.WJRrwlPhCM9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">American Heart Association<\/a> suggereix com a objectiu assolir els 10000 passos diaris. Aquest repte, que va sorgir en els Jocs Ol\u00edmpics de T\u00f2quio de 1964, \u00e9s un n\u00famero rod\u00f3, f\u00e0cil de recordar i \u00fatil per incentivar a la poblaci\u00f3.
