A m\u00e9s despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;informe presentat per <em>International Agency for Research on Cancer<\/em> (IARC) en 2015 recomanen que el consum de carns processades i carns vermelles nom\u00e9s s&#8217;ha de fer de manera ocasional.<\/p>\n<p>La dieta mediterr\u00e0nia va ser declarada Patrimoni Immaterial de la Humanitat per <em>United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization<\/em> (UNESCO) al 2010.<\/p>\n<p>A la web de la Fundaci\u00f3 Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia podem descarregar i compartir en deu idiomes la <a href=\"http:\/\/dietamediterranea.com\/piramidedm\/piramide_CASTELLANO.pdf\">Pir\u00e0mide de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia<\/a> adaptada a l&#8217;estil de vida actual.<\/p>\n<p>Segons l&#8217;estudi espanyol PREvenci\u00f3 amb Dieta MEDditerr\u00e1nea (PREDIMED), publicat el 2013 a la revista <em>The New England Journal of Medicine<\/em>, una intervenci\u00f3 amb una dieta mediterr\u00e0nia tradicional suplementada amb oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i fruita seca redueix en un 30% la incid\u00e8ncia de complicacions cardiovasculars majors, disminuint la possibilitat de patir infart de miocardi i accident vascular cerebral.
