Els excessos en el consum de calories, greixos, sucre, sal, alcohol i la manca d&#8217;exercici, provoquen un desequilibri en l&#8217;organisme.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intentar menjar a la mateixa hora cada dia i evitar els grans per\u00edodes de temps entre ingestes. El refrigeri de mig mat\u00ed i mitja tarda \u00e9s imprescindible.<\/li>\n<li>La fruita \u00e9s l&#8217;elecci\u00f3 ideal per l&#8217;apat\u00a0de mig mat\u00ed i el berenar. La fruita cont\u00e9 aigua, carbohidrats, fibra, minerals i vitamines.<\/li>\n<li>Establir una dieta setmanal amb antelaci\u00f3, no deixant res a la improvisaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Cuinar de manera simple, condimentant m\u00ednimament. No estem davant d&#8217;una cuina sense sabor, sin\u00f3 amb sabors naturals.<\/li>\n<li>Per aconseguir un bon equilibri diet\u00e8tic, els aliments frescos han de ser la base de la dieta, incloent fruita, verdura fresca, peix blanc i blau &#8230; Tamb\u00e9\u00a0es poden incorporar farinacis integrals, llegums, fruita seca, oli d&#8217;oliva&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Evitar les llaunes, els precuinats, els aliments envasats, les salses enllaunades i les sopes envasades, ens ajudaran a reequilibrar el nostre organisme.<\/li>\n<li>La ingesta d&#8217;aigua di\u00e0ria ha de ser important, evitant aquelles molt mineralitzades i les begudes refrescants i els sucs envasats.<\/li>\n<li>Tornar als sopars on els vegetals s\u00f3n l&#8217;element principal, incorporant sopes de verdures naturals, verdures al vapor o amanides. El peix blanc, l&#8217;ou cuit, el formatge blanc, l&#8217;arr\u00f2s integral o la quinoa s\u00f3n tamb\u00e9 ideals a l&#8217;hora del sopar.
